Think a decision was unfair?
Clippers and brands both have recourse. If a clip was disapproved, voided, or paid out on views you believe are fake, open a dispute and Reellu will review within 48 hours.
How a dispute works

Paste the campaign or clip URL, pick the dispute type, and explain clearly what happened. Attach screenshots if you have them.

Funds are frozen while we review
If the dispute is pre-payout, the escrow holds the USDC until we've ruled. If post-payout, Reellu may require a claw-back from the receiving wallet.

48-hour decision + on-chain action
We email both parties within 48 hours. If we rule in the clipper's favor, the USDC releases. If we rule in the brand's favor, the payout is voided and the vault is refunded.
For clippers
- • Brand disapproved without a real reason
- • Payout was voided but your views are organic
- • Brand changed campaign terms mid-window
- • You were banned from a campaign unfairly
For brands
- • Views look bot-driven after day 7 final approval
- • Clipper posted to a prohibited account or platform
- • Clip was removed or set to private after payout
- • Same clipper submitting under multiple handles
